Announcing mobile app updates on App Store? Yes, the most ordinary way of engaging your users with app updates. But, most people (including me) update their apps automatically, and I have to admit that we don’t even check the version history of an app. Let’s be honest, who cares at all?

In this developing tech world, we don’t like ordinary things, and people too. We love making every practice a unique experience. What we like more? Including our own sense of humor in everything we do and creating * real* engagements.

Recently, you might have encountered (less likely on App Store, more likely on Twitter) Slack’s update, which is certainly out of the ordinary.

So, more and more companies realize the value of * real* engagements. Starting from there, they are looking for different ways of making this possible while it becomes harder and harder to catch people who lose interest quickly.

When are they most interested in your product? While the iron is hot, I mean when they are in your app. So, your app is the most effective environment you can announce your updates or maybe remind people to be kind to themselves.
